I'm a data and technology specialist with over fifteen years of experience, currently working as Head of Data and Security at Oakbrook Finance, a regulated consumer lender based in Nottingham.

Day to day, I build and run practical AI and data solutions in a compliance-heavy environment: that means understanding both what the technology can do and what the rules require. I've led large-scale data migrations, taken AI initiatives from proof-of-concept into production, and operated as the company's Data Protection Officer since 2018.

Through Sapien Solutions, I offer that expertise to professional businesses on a flexible, part-time basis. My particular interest is in helping firms that don't have in-house data or compliance specialists - accountants, solicitors, financial advisers and similar - make smart, well-informed decisions about AI and data without taking on unnecessary risk.
